Investor disclaimer

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Tailhedge is a research platform. AI-generated analysis and public data can contain mistakes. Nothing on the platform is personalised investment advice.

1. Research, not a recommendation

No investment advice. Research, scores, price estimates, social analysis, theses, alerts and simulated portfolios are educational and informational tools. They do not tell you what you should buy, sell or hold.

Tailhedge does not know your full financial circumstances, objectives, experience, tax position or capacity for loss. Content is not a suitability assessment, an offer or solicitation, or a substitute for advice from an appropriately authorised professional. Paying for access does not establish an adviser–client or fiduciary relationship. A “quality” or “value” label is a model output, not a statement that an investment is safe or suitable.

2. AI can be wrong

Research is generated or assisted by AI and automated processing. AI may fabricate facts or citations, omit important context, misread a filing, mistranslate a source, mistake a name or ticker, or express unwarranted confidence. Calculations, prompts, data mappings and human edits can also be wrong. Not every result is manually checked. An apparently precise number is not proof of accuracy.

Verify material statements and numbers against the original filing, issuer announcement, exchange or other primary source. Check dates and assumptions. If a claim cannot be verified, do not treat it as established fact. Tell us about errors through our data correction or removal form.

3. Source and timing limits

Tailhedge relies on public information and other lawfully available source material. Public records, news, podcasts and social commentary can be incomplete, disputed, biased, amended or stale. Provider-licensed material can have the same limits. Publication does not mean that Tailhedge endorses a statement or has independently verified it.

Quotes and charts may be delayed or interrupted. Reporting dates can differ from trade dates. Fund and insider disclosures can lag actual activity; omissions and thresholds affect coverage. Filing-name matches across companies are not verified identities. A reported purchase does not establish the buyer’s motive, future plans or complete exposure. Cross-company name matches are filing-name matches unless identity has been separately verified. Social sentiment is not representative of every investor and can be manipulated.

4. Estimates, simulations and alerts

Valuation estimates depend on uncertain assumptions about growth, profitability, discount rates and other inputs. Changing them can materially change a result. Rankings are relative to a covered universe and can change as data or methodology changes. Missing inputs should not be read as evidence that an event did not occur.

Backtests, model baskets and portfolio simulations are hypothetical. They may use hindsight and may omit fees, taxes, trading costs, slippage, funding costs, liquidity constraints or unavailable historical information. A simulated trade is not a real execution. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Alerts and summaries depend on data availability, processing and delivery systems. They may be late, duplicated, incorrect or missed. They are not stop-loss orders, real-time monitoring guarantees or emergency notifications. Tailhedge does not place brokerage orders or safeguard assets for you.

5. Investment risk and independent decisions

Investments can fall in value and you can lose some or all of your capital. Leverage and some instruments can create losses beyond an initial investment. Market, liquidity, counterparty, currency, concentration and regulatory risks may apply. Diversification and a favourable model score do not eliminate risk.

You are responsible for deciding whether to act. Use independent research and seek authorised financial, legal or tax advice as needed. Do not make a time-sensitive or consequential decision solely on Tailhedge content.

6. Third-party views and possible conflicts

Issuers, fund managers, insiders, commentators and other sources may hold positions or have commercial interests in the subjects they discuss. Attribution does not establish independence, neutrality or complete conflict disclosure. Tailhedge access fees purchase research features, not an investment outcome. Any applicable obligation to identify a recommendation or disclose a conflict is not waived by this disclaimer.

7. Correction, removal and legal rights

You can request review, correction or removal of any displayed record using our data correction or removal form or by emailing [email protected]. Include the relevant URL and explain the concern. We assess requests and can correct, restrict or remove material, subject to applicable rights, legal duties and retention exceptions. We cannot delete another publisher’s original record.

Read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for the full process. This disclaimer does not exclude liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. It describes the intended service; it is not a claim of regulatory exemption.
